Cancellation and Refunds

We strive to provide high-quality services to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund subject to the following conditions:

• • Cancellation within 3 days of purchase: If you cancel your subscription or service within 3 days of purchase, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• • Cancellation after 15 days: If you cancel your subscription or service after 15 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to our discretion
• • But in any circumstances no refund will be granted if services has been assigned.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@truefiles.in with your refund request and relevant details. We will review your request and process the refund within 90 business days if it meets our refund policy criteria.

Exceptions

Please note that certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to downloadable products, customized services, and products purchased through third-party vendor.
